About Kathryn Santos

Kathryn Santos is a Sonoma County native, a fanatic traveler, and a life-long entrepreneur.

She earned her degree in Agribusiness and Marketing from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo and started her career in agriculture. She then transitioned into sales and marketing for local businesses, but after meeting her initial career goals she was looking for a new challenge. Kathryn packed a backpack and bought a one way ticket to Vietnam. Nine months later she ended up in Madrid, Spain where she earned an Internationally recognized certificate to teach english as a foreign language. Throughout her career she has lived, worked, volunteered or traveled in more than 20 foreign countries. 

While living back home in Sonoma County, Kathryn purchased and managed her first rental property and was hooked on real estate. After more than 7 years as a real estate agent she knows all too well that every deal is different from the last, and found that she loved the complexities and nuances that each unique transaction brings. She’s since expanded her career by becoming a Transaction Coordinator, where she and her team are dedicated to helping real estate agents and their clients manage timelines, navigate paperwork, and keep transactions running smoothly.
