I cannot recommend Summer and colleagues enough. After a rocky start with a prior realty company, we came to Summer a little disparaged. She immediately boosted our confidence with her lively and best face forward attitude. This team is the most dedicated to their craft that I have seen in a very long time. Never once did we have to push or prod for answers, because communication seemed to be instantaneous quite consistently. We came in with a goal of closing on our “unicorn” property (meaning the specs were not easy to find) in a couple of short months, and Summer by and large made that happen.
